Where we ship

We ship from Canada to addresses in Canada and the United States. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Rates

Canada. Flat rate $12.00 CAD. Free on orders over $60.00 CAD.

United States. Standard international, from $19.90 CAD depending on parcel weight. Free on orders over $100.00 CAD.

All prices and shipping rates are shown in Canadian dollars. Any duties or import taxes on US orders are collected by the carrier from the recipient.

Returns

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Email Info@roamandrover.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty or was not what you ordered.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the return.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email Info@roamandrover.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund the item at our cost.
