Who we are

This site is operated by Roam&Rover, 78 East 2nd Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia V5T 2Z3, Canada. Contact: Info@roamandrover.com. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Roam&Rover, and “you” means the person using the site or placing an order.

Agreement

By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy, which together form the agreement between us.

Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your province or state to place an order.

Products and descriptions

We try to display our products and colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colours exactly. Product dimensions and specifications are given in good faith and may vary slightly between production runs.

Pricing and currency

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes, shipping, and any duties or import charges on orders shipped outside Canada. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Availability

Products are subject to availability. Stock shown on the site is our best estimate and is not a guarantee that an item is in hand.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and any other providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

Intellectual property

The Roam&Rover name, logo, site content, product photography and copy are our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Your content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

Use of our products

Our collars and leashes are walking equipment for dogs. They are not restraint systems, not tie-out or tether equipment, not vehicle restraints, and not a substitute for supervision. Reflective materials improve visibility when light falls on them; they do not make a dog visible in the absence of light. Check hardware and stitching regularly and stop using any item that shows wear.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
